On the go nannies

Our family has been a client of On the Go Nannies since the business opened its doors, and we couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The level of personal care and dedication of both the owner, Simone, and her employees, is absolutely top notch. We have three small children, and they absolutely adore their caregiver. In general, Simone will try to keep the primary nanny for a family relatively consistent so that the children have a strong familiarity with the person who is watching them, but considering she clearly only employs the best, you cannot go wrong. Our nanny engages with the kids non-stop while they are in her care. She constantly comes up with fun, creative educational activities, reads with them, builds pillow forts and cities, plays sports outside with them -- anything and everything you can think of, she does it. She also does not let them get away with breaking the rules (believe me, our youngest tries!), but even when she needs to use discipline, she is firm, but unfailingly kind.As far as the business goes, it is run with exceptional professionalism. Simone is responsive and efficient. While her service is in high demand, we have almost never encountered a situation where she couldn't cover our child care needs. Her qualifications and experience are second-to-none.When it comes to a caregiver, you know you've found a winner when your children regularly beg you to go out! We are so grateful to have such a capable and trustworthy childcare service that both parents and children absolutely adore. I could not recommend Simone and On the go Nannies more highly.

Working for on the go nannies was such an amazing experience, I learned new skills to not only help me become a better caregiver but also an awesome first time mom. The families I cared for were the most welcoming families ever, I never felt scared or nervous as Ms.Simone always made sure that I was comfortable before being left with a new family. I’d seriously give this company more stars if I could.
