Everytime they came, they had all their tools, they were tidy and clean. In covid they wore masques and gloves. They dont waste time!And the job is done. I started recommending them to my co-owners. One of their service trucks were blocking my driveway, when I called for them to please reach the driver to move the truck they claimed they could not do that. I gave them the truck number but tge refused to contact the driver.

Our experience with this company was very positive. The work was done on time, efficiently and should solve a long-standing problem. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The plumber who arrived today did the most laziest job ever. Plumber was in and out in 5 minutes. We have been having a drainage issue in all our sinks and bath tubs that often persists when using more than one sink at the same time. The plumber only test it one at a time and then left. To make matters worse, the plumber began to yell at my mom who was insisting of the drainage issue. Had I been there, the plumber would have a piece of my mind. It's a pity how Charbonneau trains their employees to interact with customers.

Louis Vincent was great. He was very responsible, not only fixing my problem but also cleaning up the bathtub from the black oil that had been dripping. Thank you, Louis!

I have tried to contact Plomberie Charbonneau several times to schedule a faucet replacement, since they did the original bathroom installation in my new condo building. I submitted an email request through their website a week ago with no response. I have called 5 times and never got a return call nor have I been able to connect to a live person (except for the last time, when the man who answered was very impatient and started yelling at me over the phone). I was so frustrated I just hung up. I called back, and it went to voicemail again. I would like to use Charbonneau because they were recommended by my property manager, but am giving up and going with another plumber.
