Good service, fair price, friendly.I observed that both George and Sami are not greedy. Money is not the end of the world for them. Rather, they are very helpful and caring. Even though Sami spent reasonable time on an old man's tire for finding a leak at the end, there was nothing wrong with it he did not charge a penny. Helped a lady with a car remote put in a new battery with no charge. Checked a car for lady complaining noise from tire, lifted car on the hoist and found loose cover for the muffler George fixed it. Again, there was no charge. Three instances of kindness and care were within 2 hours while I was there. No wonder why people keep going to them for all kind of repairs. Not just the good competitive price, it's the good heart ♥️ behind the business.Installed new rotor and pads for me at a reasonable price.

Do not listen to the negative reviews. My uncle who works here highly recommends this place. George and Sami DO NOT steal. Whoever the jackass said that have no idea how they actually work. Keep up the amazing work

I have been dealing with World Emission for years - I have had only positive experiences with them and clearly I'm not the only one because the place is always busy. George and Sami are hard working individuals who have only been upfront and honest with me. One negative is it is hard to park there.

Took care of my moms van and topped off our fluids before a long car trip. I trust them with my car as well and will be a loyal customer

These guys show a lack of competency when it comes to simple services. I came in for a safety recently, and Sam approached me about an hour in and informed me that they had broken my lug nut key and lug nut lock. They had claimed it was because all the lug nuts on my car were too tight, but upon inspection they had no difficulty taking off the regular lug nuts, and my lug nut key had been completely stripped. This indicates that one of the mechanics had failed to secure the lug nut key before using the power wrench, and therefore has caused me damages. Upon confrontation, Sam was filled with nothing but excuses and offered no compromise and insisted that I leave for wasting his time when in fact he had wasted mine. Find yourself a better service shop, as the inexperience at World Auto will cost you time and money.

All I know is that George and his team have been nothing but friendly and accommodating, with very reasonable prices. I went there for safety checks on my Scion and my Jeep, as well as brakes and a few other services. I’ll continue to go here as long as I live in Windsor.

I went to 4 different places in south Windsor and they all told me they weren’t doing emission tests right now. One even told me that most places aren’t doing it until after April 1, 2019 because they didn’t want to do them for free and that’s when the government grant is over. World Auto Emissions and Service was the 5th place that I went to. There was 4 people in front of me getting their emission tests done as well. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The men were all very kind. One said me to have a great birthday sweetheart while another explain to me that I should get a new key before I strip the place to insert (my key was getting worn down and to start my SUV I was having to wiggle and shake it while in the ignition). They were so friendly and of course did the labour for free and with a smile on their face. My husband and I will be return back here for oil changes and other services. Thank you kind mechanics.

Very honest and reasonable. They exposed a bad mechanic by making a proper assessment. I went to another establishment that has a name that sounds like they sell hamburgers and they told me my brake calipers were seized and had to be replaced. They wanted to charge me almost $2000 for the repair. World Auto did the assessment and wouldn't you know it the calipers were fine. I ended up getting brakes all around for less than 25% of what the other place quoted me. George and Sam are very kind and honest. All the mechanics there are great. They have many life long customers like my entire family so they do not need to cheat people out of thier money. Highly recommend this place.

The mechanics here are really friendly and explain everything thoroughly. I have been going to them for years and I highly recommend them. I just wish they would get the internet so I can read the news while waiting. And it does get cold in the waiting room during the cold months. I hope they get a heater and free wi fi for us customers.

Oil change and tire rotation winter/summer ONLY ! This place is no good. George and Sam dont know anything. They over charged me and didn't end up fixing my car. Transmission oil still dripping.
