I just ordered a sub here literally 15 mins ago. After Nav asked me for my toppings, she asked if i want it grilled/toasted, and it being a mtl smoked meat sub, of course it would need to be toasted. Regardless, I get home and unpack, and its cold as ice. There was nobody else in the store except me when i ordered. HOW can you mess up a single sub order ? Waste of money and time and she needs to rethink her life motives on her own time. Disgusting.

I visit this Mr Sub quite often and I really enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and always remember my order. If there ever is a problem, which is very rare, the staff correct it right away and I am always satisfied with the customer service. The bread is always fresh and the toppings always taste good and are high quality and fresh. Great spot for a quick lunch. Price are good for the quality, customer service and food that you get.

Went here for subs. At time to pay i used a gift card sent to me by Mr. Sub, my card wouldn't swipe.I told the girl there, she said swipe again. I did and still nothing, she asked what card it was. I showed her and she made a snorting sound and said, well I can't do anything about it. I asked if she was able to key the numbers in. She said no. Can't do anything.I had used the card at another restaurant earlier, and the person there, said no problem and keyed in the numbers.Customer service sucks here.

Service is average, doesn't feel very inviting. The server was on the phone with friends laughing while I stood waiting to order, didn't even say Hi.But the food always tastes good so I tend to go back every couple months.

This has been one of my favourite stores for the longest time and still is when it comes to the owner and Avneet, who is so sweet, thank you for making the perfect sandwich always, The only complaint I have lately is the oil and lack of vinegar mixture they use now for their signature sauce, What happened?? Why has it disappeared, There are a lot of sauces out there to enjoy why not try some of them not just plain oil,, there is no taste. Please bring back original sauce .

Just visited this location on a Sunday for lunch. Owner was very friendly, polite and made the sub with care. Had the Spicy breaded chicken and it was great.

We had a lovely dining experience at this location. I called my order in directly to the restaurant and the woman on the phone was very professional and easy to speak with. The pick up process was simple and the subs were made fresh in front of me. They were made correctly and all the ingredients were fresh and tasted great. They had the freshest tomatoes I've tasted in a while. The bread was nice and fresh. All in all we had a very positive dining experience and will definitely return in the future.

The food was ok, the service and ambiance is where those 2 stars went away. When we walked in, there was a talk radio station playing at a volume that made it harder to communicate with the person working behind the counter. To add to this there was a language barrier that made ordering our 2 subs even harder. When trying to ask what we would like on our subs, the server just kept motioning over the toppings and repeatedly asked Yes please?". It was a confusing experience to say the least. The subs turned out ok at best
