Exceptional store with exceptional group of people that go above and beyond to make your experience memorable.I was in store to enquire about a Wolf Watch Winder when I had the pleasure to meet Seth, we started talking in depth about watches and he took his time to educate me on some of the fascinating pieces they carry in store (not only Rolex). He is genuinely passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to luxury timepieces. As a watch lover myself, I enjoyed our conversation a lot and trust me when I say this, Seth will not try to make a sale but rather get to know you on what you like and then make recommendations to suit your style/taste. No pressure, just pure passion to help their clients is what I saw with my experience at J. Vair. Everyone at the store is super friendly and helpful, which I appreciated the most.I ended up ordering the Wolf AXIS Triple Watch Winder through Seth and the order was handled perfectly from start to finish.Ended up purchasing a great timepiece as well, once the watch winder arrived.I would like to thank Seth and his team once again for an unforgettable experience.Would highly recommend J. My shopping experience at J. Vair was definitely pleasant because Paul was such a passionate, thoughtful, and caring gentleman. He took down notes about my dream pieces and told me he will keep me posted if anything I like becomes available. It’s my pleasure to chat with him for sure! The other lady Anna was so lovely, too. My son and I had an appointment with Paul L'Hirondelle at J. Vair Anderson store. Paul was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us the submariner watch that I was interested in and took the time to carefully walk us through the specifics and the differences between the submariner and other Rolex watch types. After 30 minutes of meeting with Paul showing me several Rolex models and trying them, I found out that the Sea-Dweller is the watch that can fit my hand and style. Paul worked with me to accommodate my request and to achieve my dream. I highly recommend J. Vair Anderson store and am delighted with the excellent service I received from Paul!

Recently visited J. Vair Anderson for an appointment with Seth and was very impressed. I was greeted by the friendly staffs and Seth demonstrated his exceptional service.We talked about the first watch that I bought from them online, which was one of my favourites too, and how I really appreciated their follow up with me multiple times to make sure the beautiful timepiece was delivered and that I was happy with my purchase.Seth then showed me a few other gorgeous pieces in store and I was very excited to get to try them. He asked the right questions to try and understand the kind of style and specs I like, then worked his magic so I was able to finally acquire the very one of my dream!The experience I had with them really made my trip, especially from coming all the way from Toronto. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my first Rolex from Ed at J. Vair Anderson. Upon my first visit with Ed several months ago, he was upfront about wait times and made no promises. High-quality service made the process very seamless. Yes, one must be patient throughout the process as supply is very limited. From arranging my appointment, to the purchase, everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful. Big shout out to Seth in particular who was super helpful, he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and did not put any pressure on to make a purchase. He really went the extra mile, even bringing out a staff watch that was out of stock, so that I could compare it to the other models I was looking at. As someone who does a lot of online shopping my experience with J. Vair Anderson was a great reminder as to why it's definitely worth shopping for some things in person.

Hands down the best Rolex AD in the proximity. Pei-wen was very professional, friendly and encouraging in every conversation and she was patient enough to show me around and answer my rookie questions about watches. Although I didn't get the watch I wanted for my 30th birthday for obvious reasons - Rolex has a very limited supply - the whole experience is fascinating enough for me to leave some good comments. Definitely coming back before birthday to try my luck again!After about 1 month, I received a notification from Pei-wen that a Rolex timepiece came in and she wanted me to try before making a decision. The Datejust fit me so well so I made the purchase without hesitation. Many thanks to J. Vair Anderson and especially Pei-wen for making this happen before my 30th birthday, I am looking forward to getting more into the collection for future memorable days.
