AMJ Campbell - Montreal Movers

This must be the worst transport company out there. We had bought furniture from a local store and this was their transporter.First attempt the driver dropped, dragged my new sofa from the truck to my front door alone when they should have been 2 guys.Second attempt they send me a dirty, unwrapped sofa with a nasty tarp over it. Like really guys step up your game. I worked in transport a few years and this is no way to get the job done. Call any other company but this one and if a local store is sending these guys to you to deliver cancel your purchase.

Best movers ever - I've moved quite a lot and AMJ gave me the best service. The movers had a smile all the time, nothing was broken and I will call them again.

3 guys came to move all my furniture and boxes from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was a very good decision to hire AMJ to do my move; they were very professional from start to finish and responded to all my questions and concerns. A big thanks to this team!

I moved in October 2022 from Montreal to Spain with AMJ. I was very disappointed with the service. Some boxes when missing and they search through our belonging. On arrival we noticed the boxes had been opened and things unpacked. My daughter American girl doll and jewelry went missing. My wife's expensive hand bags and perfumes went missing. Andre Lelievre offered a discount that he never honored. Tina Doyle, Key account coordinator is well trained to respond very politely and not give any answers. They did not assume responsibility for any of the goods that disappeared

I was skeptical as I heard so many horror stories about moving companies. But AMJ was totally the opposite. The team was amazing and flawless. No hidden fees either. Just awesome and highly professional!

When we started looking for a company to help us with out move, it was not easy to find a company to get back to us. AMJ listened to our needs, they were responsive, and flexible! And our moving day went great! The guys worked hard and took great care of everything. I greatly recommend them.

What a disaster dealing with AMJ Campbell.We have had the misfortune of dealing with them multiple times as they deliver for Urban Barn. And they never fail to disappoint.We were expecting a delivery earlier this month, we set up a date and we got the automated phone call to confirm the time slot. The day off they called saying that they don’t find our stuff in the warehouse and so rescheduled the delivery to a later date.2 days ago was the date they rescheduled us to, we got the automated phone call to confirm the time slot, but they never showed up.We called to inquire, and were told that we will get a call back. Never got a call back. So we called again and were told that we had to reschedule. Which we did, 3rd attempt was supposed to be today.We got the automated call yesterday confirming the slot for today. No show AGAIN. We called to inquire, and were told that we would get a call back only they never called back.What a frustrating experience, i do not recommend this business to anyone unless you enjoy wasting your time and running after incompetent staff.

Wish I could go into negative star territory. Truly the worst delivery company I’ve ever been forced to work with. They are meant to (still are) handle a Westelm order for me. Stock has been SITTING with them for months. It took a thousand phone calls from myself and Westelm to finally get through to them (I have yet to speak to one AMJ rep over the phone despite spending weeks waiting on their phone line). They scheduled and canceled the first delivery attempt the day of on the basis that they couldn’t find the stock. Why schedule it in the first place?They never called back to schedule another delivery date. When I finally managed to contact them, they schedule another delivery date for today. No word from them, ZERO way to contact anyone, delivery and assembly was meant to be done hours and hours ago. Not sure they’ll ever show up at this rate.This is my first negative review EVER. Just goes to show how bad the AMJ experience is.

The service was great on very short notice, and the team was professional, friendly and very helpful and efficient. My family has hired AMJ Campbell for many moves in the past, and we have always been very glad we did!
