I had lost my wedding ring and had to buy a new one. My wife and I came into fire and ice and the lovely ladies found me the perfect titanium ring at a great price. In less than 2 weeks I had my ring and can highly recommend this store and the wonderful caring service they gave me.

Took an old ring that was cut to these folks to get fixed.It's perfect. I needed it resized as it was too small the first time and they did it without question or extra charge.The ring also came back beautifully polished.I'm very happy with the service and recommend to anyone looking for an honest and professional business.

The only place in town that I trust with my jewellery. I have taken my rings there for re-sizing and repairs. They do an amazing job, they are really fair with pricing too. My husband bought his wedding ring there and their service is above and beyond.

These people here are amazing and have helped me out with everything I can think of they are honest they will tell you straight up how it is, give you the best information and never steer you wrong! This has got to be the most honest and reputable jeweller in the GTA I recommend them if your looking for people who care about you and not just money as well as honesty. These days theres alot of people who rip off people with no information but these guys especially brian will make sure to take good care of you and your keepsakes.

I took my coin ring and cross necklace to get fixed a month ago and price was reasonable. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The timeline to receive back the repairs was super efficient. The final result was the ring looked like it was brand new when I first bought it. The clasp on necklace was done perfectly and both items thoroughly cleaned. Highly recommended for all your jewelry needs (purchases or repairs) in town.

Thank you to Fire and Ice Jewelry! I had to two diamonds from a long time ago and wanted to have something made for my daughter. She is very particular and gave me a picture of what she wanted. We bought one more stone and had the necklace made. The quote was very reasonable and the work was done a little sooner than they promised. They ladies in the store suggested the rose gold and they were so right on! The final product is amazing, pictures don't do it justice but here they are anyways! If you need custom work, they are great! This is not the first piece I have had made there, can't say enough.
