Nothing much to add to this space. Just looking at the sub 2 star reviews seems to paint a picture to anyone who is paying attention. Pompous, aloof, cannot be bothered.My man running the shop actually rolled his eyes asking his closing hours. Chill out my man. You're hawking pendants in a mall next to a chicken joint.

My experience with this jewelry shop is the following. I was really looking to purchase two chains one with my name and the next one with a cross. I only read the reviews after my down payment, because I was kind of astonished about how abruptly rude, not welcoming, arrogant the older men were. After reading the reviews I was very wary about the quality of their jewelry. The only reason I ended up purchasing my jewelry is because of Mohamed who took over. He said he was for the people and his actions surely proved it! So far so good the jewelry has not yet irritated my neck, broke or turned color. If you are not looking to spend Kaufmann money then this is a place I can suggest and just ask for Mohamed.

If you ask them for anything that they don’t have they behave rudely with you and try to show you if you can not afford anything with high budget. I asked him for 23k gold jewellery and he asked me rudely if I could pay for that. Why not man! If I am asking you that means I am interested in buying no matter how much it’s gonna cost me. Never judge anyone if you don’t know anything about them.

The service was excellent. I got a tissot prx automatic for $875. Of course i could have saved about $50-$75 online elsewhere but i got it adjusted on the spot as well as a seiko which i originally went there for (they didn't charge me for adjusting both watches). They loose 5 stars because of the dishonest tactics they use. The lady tells me its $875 plus tax but ill ask my boss if we could do no tax" they conveniently slip the receipt in the box. I get home

Bought my wedding band there. Pat served us. He really knew his stuff. We picked the ring up today. They also cleaned my engagement ring. I am extremely happy with everything and I highly recommend this store.
