They're not helpful. I went there to remit money, and there were 3 agents there and no customers, only me. One of the female employees told me to wait while she continued her conversation with the other female employee. The male employee was busy talking on the phone So I left and went to another western union in Metro. Their behavior is unacceptable, and now they're losing me as a costumer, and my friends too who often remit money in that place.

Their system is down when it comes near closing time..... Firstly the closing time is 9pm instead of 11 pm and when it comes their system is down.
