Great custumer service

Nice guy, gentle, but the gel nails are awful... Said I could choose any of the colors, I picked a light purple. He started putting on a dark, raspberry pink which, okay, was not what I chose, but it's nice so I didn't say anything.Woke up the next day to it turning into these awful yellow splotches... Will not go back.

Fast and efficient enough for the price, although I waited for like half an hour for my appointment and started the work with delay.

All these hate comments aren't true to me. I like going here and they to a nice job. They're nice and we have to EARN respect throughout our lives. These people must've been rude

the place might be a bit dirty, but the service and result makes up for it (:

DONT GO THEIR!!!!! It is not clean, the workers are rude, they over-charge and do a terrible job!!!

I used to go to Rose Nails when I lived in Châteauguay but recently moved out of province. Now home for the holidays I made an appointment for a fill. They told me I had to take off my full set (which I put on new 2-3 weeks prior) and then put on a complete new set. They were gonna charge me to have them removed and put back on even with them knowing I put on a complete new set just 2-3 weeks prior. A new set usually lasts me a few months worth of fills before having to put on a new set. I asked them to waive the 5$ take off fee knowing my situation in which the male employee there responded rudely stating “They are running a business there and will not waive the fee. And he doesn’t know what to say and I should go try other salons.” He lost my business because of how rude, cold and unsympathetic he was. Was not at all willing to be helpful and as a “businessman” he completely failed. Had he reacted with empathy while explaining their price policy I likely would have stayed and paid the costs but his attitude was nauseating. Safe to say I won’t be returning there and will not be recommending them to anyone else. Terrible customer service (with the exception of the woman who was working who was trying to be as helpful as possible under his supervision.)
