Spicer's Bakery in Lambeth

The bread, the bread, the bread. It’s so good.Avoid the donuts, they’re unfortunately not good, mostly dry and then extreme sogginess around the filling. I’ve tried the donuts on several occasions and I just can’t blame it on dumb luck.However, the staff is extremely friendly, the store is a little out of the way, but worth the visit for the bread. Will definitely give the pies a try next time.

The treats here are very good. We had 3 kids with us and they all got a free cookie which was extremely nice of the staff.There's several different baked goods available. Lots of treats, breads, ice cream etc.

Friendly staff, good bread, nice selection of sweet treats, looking forward to trying meat pies and pizzas.

Prices not listed on most items. Just really annoying to have to ask. This would have been 1 star but doughnuts pretty good albeit a bit overpriced.

Yummy fresh doughnuts, pastries, squares, cookies, breads, how to choose!!! I got several dozen doughnuts for a work event and everybody was so delighted!

Got 8 donut nothing special about them just above average.Priced to high of the taste.

Some products at Spicer's are great and others are not. Their black forest donut is amazing, but their regular chocolate dip isn't. The icing is too sweet and gritty. Awesome brownies. Cookies vary a lot; their butterscotch chip are great, but chocolate chip aren't very good.

I got married this past August of 2019 and I hired Spicer's Bakery in Lambeth to make my wedding cookie favours, my doughnuts and my wedding cake!I originally, was going to go with another bakery but they bailed on my the month before the wedding so I had to look up another bake shop that could take this on (which is difficult as most places want a year in advanced especially, for a wedding cake!) So, I called Spicer's and got connected with Tatyana who took on my project to my relief. They were great to work with and they did such an amazing job! They delivered to my venue and set everything up. Everything they made was delicious! All the guests couldn't get enough of the doughnuts and the wedding cake was one of the best cakes with buttercream frosting that I have had (and I'm not being dramatic, it's true!). They do great work and you'll never go wrong with their baked goods! Thank you so much Tatyana and the Spicer's Bakery team! Everyone loved the cake, cookies and doughnuts!

Unfortunately, after opening the packaging we noticed the apple pie had a little piece of mold on the top. Definitely no where near fresh. Sad because we used to enjoy this place.
