They took FOREVER rebuilding my engine. Said about a week took over a month. Not worth going to when there's SEVERAL shops in Kelowna who could do it in the time they said. Save urself the headache spend the gas money to any place on Kelowna

My son’s 4X4 packed it in and contacted Dunbar’s. This was a Tuesday after Christmas and he and his family had to return to Calgary. His truck was taken in right away ( 8AM) and by 5 PM repairs were completed. He (my son) was very happy with the promp, professional service provided. Because of this courtesy and quick service I will be recommending this business, and plans are for me to utilize them as well.

Had them download delete tunes in my truck and some exhaust work done after I had a nox sensor failure, they squeezed me in on a Saturday with 3 days notice. They did it in a reasonable time and for much lower cost than I thought compared to other shops for the same job

I got my oil done at another business, they gave me a litany of issues that I needed to fix. I brought my car to Dunbar and they ran some tests and asked if I was experiencing any symptoms which would indicate a failing alternator or throttle issues. Everything was clear; they suggested taking my jeep to where I got my battery to ensure I got warranty coverage, luckily my battery was fine. Will definitely come back if/when I need work done.

Dropped off some heads for our 63 cadillac and they took good care of us . We had a short amount of time to get the motor rebuilt and they got us in right away and did an awesome job ! Definitely recommend them !

Extremely fast repair on short notice for a great price! I was on a cross country road trip when my wheel bearing failed and started making an awful sound. I called 10+ places in southeastern BC, this is the only shop that was able to take us in on the same day.

I had serious trouble with my truck on the long weekend, I got in first thing in the morning and my truck was fixed in less than an hour!Also got the OEM Ford part and peace of mind for the long drive home.Service could not have been better!

I took my car in for an oil change. I told him I had spare filters in the back. Whem I went to pick it up he said they didn't change the filter because they didn't have one. He then claims to have taken it back into the shop to change the filter. I was charged $158 and the oil is just ad dirty after the oil change as it was before! Did they actually do an oil change?

Got me in on short notice the week leading up to Christmas. Excellent knowledge of Jeeps with Mercedes diesel engines. Didn't charge extra for the time of year, in fact their rates are very reasonable. Knows what brand/manufacturer of parts to use so repairs last the longest. Will definitely have my business moving forward.
