Butterful Life

I had an enjoyable time learning how to make madeleines. The instructor is very knowledgeable and explains the reasoning behind each step and she is also very patient in answering each and every question by someone who has no experience in baking at all. Definitely would want to sign up for another lesson with her.

It was definitely one of our best baking memories. My daughter also had so much fun making the macaroons, not to mention they were so yummy! The instructor was very detailed and patient, and she shared many tricks and secrets that were just mind-blowing. Watching her demonstrations was also a unique experience (god knows how powerful this beautiful lady is with her petite size!). Look forward to future lessons in Butterful Life, and hope more people get to know this hidden gem!
