S.S. Fun Ship
Certified fun with Pete and Alex out on the water. Very experienced charter/ guide.We limited out on fish in 2.5 hrs with a couple of double headers while bbq'n food. Made for an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience on SS Fun Ship! Peter the captain took us out for a stunning day of fishing. We all reeled in a fish and even BBQd one fresh on the boat! Really knowledgeable crew about this area and the types of tours they offer. Couldn't recommend a better ship to charter. Can't wait to get back out there this summer :)

We got to take in the annual herring spawn aboard the S.S. Funship with our children. They had a memorable experience learning about what takes place in that particular part of the Salish Sea. Captain Pete took great care of us while on board as we took in what can only be described as a once in a lifetime experience! For anyone looking for incredible scenery, an educational tour, or just some time to relax on the water and fish, the S.S. Funship is the best way to have a premier coastal experience.

Incredible experience on the water. Pete ensured we had a great time with Fishing, deep water plunge, BBQ prawns, and we were also lucky to end with a full colour pallet sunset. It doesn’t get better than that.

We had the most amazing time this summer on the Fun Ship with Pete and Alex! It was like a mini tropical vacation visiting Tree Island, paddle boarding, swimming and watching the sunset! Highly recommend the Fun Ship!

We chartered the Funship this summer as a way to get out and enjoy the waters with a group of friends. The Captain, Peter was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.When we set up the charter Peter was able to help us customize our experience, and find exactly the right spot for our crew to relax and explore the coastal tidal zones on our paddle boards.Can't say enough about these guys, Peter and Alex showed us an amazing time and that trip was a big highlight of our summer!10/10 would recommend if you're looking for some adventure and a top notch guided experience.

This summer my sister in law and I drove across Canada from Southern Ontario to Vancouver Island. It was a great adventure but taking a wildlife viewing tour aboard the Funship was a highlight of our trip. We started off with a rainy and wavy ride but it soon cleared up and we were able to see several humpback whales playing on the ocean surface. We also saw seals and sea birds. We stopped at the small coastal village of Lutz and had some delicious cinnamon buns. Peter is full of knowledge about the area and the wildlife. I would definitely recommend taking a Funship tour.

We had an amazing time fishing with Peter on the S.S. Fun Ship! We caught our maximum of 8 salmon and Peter grilled one up for us for lunch along with some zucchini from his garden. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. We would highly recommend booking a day on the S.S. Fun Ship!!

It was a fantastic trip filled with lots of memories. Peter’s knowledge of the local waters and surrounding islands is amazing. We got to take in postcard worthy scenery andthe marine life was spectacular. His care for our comfort and safety was second to none. If your looking for a unique opportunity to see the west coast I would not hesitate to recommend the Funship.

The aptly named Fun Ship is just that. Cpt. Peter is a enthusiastic and very knowledgeable guide to the waters around Vancouver Island. He's been a fishing guide for many years but he really wanted to branch out and offer much more than that. If you and your family want to see and learn about the rich waters of the Salish sea and its amazing coastline. Cpt. Peter and the Fun Ship is a great way to do it!
