After seeing Shetal, my confidence level as improved tremendously and dealing with my anxiety has become more manageable...it was a pleasure doing these sessions. Really happy to have attended.

When I came my first day, actually I didn’t know what is the counseling. But madam Shetal Vijayan gave me a nice welcome and she gave me time to express my whole story , It was big thing for me, because I had so many problems by that time. My immigration problems, my family problems and my work place some problems too.However madam Shetal Vijayan taught me how to recognize problems and how to get solve those. After gradually I got changed my daily routine, and my life style..OBVIOUSLY THIS PLACE AND HER WORDS CAN CHANGE PEOPLE .I really recommend this place. Thanks

I visited the place couple of times for my wife. The host of the centre Sheetal was counselling her. I would say sheetal is such a professional and dedicated person provided her service and always behaved with us like family members. Unfortunately due to my work we moved to different city. Still sometimes she message me to say hi and ask about my wife. I must say she is a very compassionate,reliable and precious like diamond.

I was very much in depression when I visited Ms. Shethal for the first time, but to my surprise, on the first meeting itself, I felt like a sisterly concern from her. I feel comfortable sharing my worries with her. I open my mind and my worries to her. With a great supportive heart, she gave me good advice, and every session, she treated me with much love and compassion as if I were her sibling. I feel like I became more confident and valuable. She gave me more mental support, and as a good believer, she used to give me prayer tips too. So now, when I look in the mirror, I feel that I have improved a lot. Thank you, Ms. Shetal, for your great support and mentorship. I will surely recommend it to my friends who are going through difficult situations.

This is a honest statement from my heart, all of teen/adult life, I had been facing serious depression, to a point where I would harm myself, I’m now 23 years old & a single mom. I always tell my self, I need to be strong for me and my son, because I didn’t want him growing up seeing the things I would do to my self to make the pain go away.In that case I needed professional help in order to be a better mom.couple months ago I got recommended to Miss Shetal, and in all honesty I can say from the time I have seen her to now it’s like I’m whole new person, with the way I carry my self, how I think, how I feel. It’s like I’m not my younger self, she has brought so many happiness, peace, encouragement, laugher and taught me how to forgive, how to love and how to live this amazing thing we call life! And I would definitely recommend anyone to her!

I have really gained my self confidence and my inner voice as woman after my few sessions with Ms shetal .I just want everyone to get the same knowledge and blessings have got from her . Honestly she the best. Especially if it’s your first time .

Before I met ma’am Shithal I was depressed, stressed & mentally disturbed. But after a couple of sessions, I felt so calm & and peaceful myself. It’s surely from the treatment by ma’am shital. When I first went here, shetal and her staff members welcomed me with open arms. I have never went to therapy in my life. Shetal made me comfortable in speaking about my life traumas, my life experiences, my dreams & aspirations. This is a good place for kids, youth, adults who are new to therapy and have never spoken to a therapist before. Shetal is an amazing therapist she provides with psychotherapy and exercises that helped me with my anxiety. Community Health Centre is top tier and provides excellent therapy services. I hope we see each other !!! Love you guys and thank you for helping me conquer my fears and worries.

My review is well overdue. I first seen Shetal as a counselor about a year ago and I must say it was a decision that truly helped me in my journey to better mental health. She helped guide me at a very turbulent time in my life, and gave me strategies to change my mindset overtime. highly recommend!
