Massage addict Maple is a great place. Staff are so friendly and so accommodating. RMTs are fantastic as well. I initially started with no package then 6 months, and then 12 months contract. I highly recommend their services.

I booked a deep tissue session with the male RMT Alex.He was extremely professional, listened to my concerns and communicated the plan of the session to me prior to starting. And wow - his neck, scalp, jaw, shoulder and upper back work were so effective, I felt so relaxed during the session. I appreciated that the session was quiet, and the pressure was awesome. If you like a quiet, deep tissue / med-hard pressure, Alex is your guy.I usually go to another location but this location had availability day of, and now I might have to venture farther here on a regular basis. Amazing experience, thank you so much!

got ripped off when they presented the bill. Manager told me that the difference will be adjusted in the next bill as the receptionist may have made a mistake in quoting me the price but after calling them a few days after to book another appointment the manager doesn’t even remember the incident. Poorly managed. Bad customer service . They do not stay on their promised words.

Receptionist failed to inform me my RMT is not registered with Manulife until AFTER the massage. Practically cannot use insurance even if you wish to. Will not return.

I had a great experience at Massage Addicts in Maple. KP is the gentleman that looked after me. Absolutely professional and definitely helped me with my shoulder pain, back and lower back pain (which I didn’t even realize was hurting ). Overall an amazing experience and would recommend 100% to anyone that is in need of someone that understands muscle and body pain/discomfort.
