Such an amazing little gift shop. She had some cute windmills that I sent to my family for Christmas. My Granny was so excited about the little windmills she had my grandpa dig a hole through the snow to the grass below and light a fire to thaw the ground. That way the windmill could be installed and enjoyed ASAP. haha. Great place to visit. 10/10 worth the stop.

Sue has such a great selection of gifts made by local artisans. From locally sourced wool to art, handmade silver jewelry to fun puffin whirligigs. Sue is a character for sure and we loved every minute of talking with her!

My husband and I visit Pettes Cove Arts every time we visit Grand Manan, and we are never disappointed. Sue is very knowledgeable and curates an excellent selection of pieces at a wide range of prices.This year I was able to pick up some hand dyed yarn, which is something I'm always looking for.This is a small shop that shows off what Grand Manan has to offer.

The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in directing us to all the tourist hotspots. Her shop is small, but full of unique treasures by 40 artists all across Grand Manan island.

I had the pleasure to visiting Grand Manan a few years ago and found Pettes Cove Arts. Sue had the coolest collection of jewelry, art and wearable items tucked into ever nook of her shop. She was a real joy to talk to and with the natural light filling the shop I asked if I could take her photo. Who wouldn't want to buy something from the owner of that smile? If you're visiting Grand Manan, you need to stop in for the conversation and the gift selection!
