The customer service was extremely and attentive to my needs. One thing that I would pick on would be the prices of some of the equipment. The prices seem to be pretty high up just to get something as simple as training balls. Even so, its a fine store

Staff was very helpful. I was at several sports stores trying to find baseball pants to fit my son, the staff called other stores and eventually found a pair. They were friendly and took all the time needed.

Shoe selection can be disappointing at times. And younger staff sometimes are more into chatting with each other than helping customers.

The attendant didnt seem knowledged in the different kinds of skates the manager was rude and had a bad attitude and called to say she accidentally gave out skates that we payed for to another customer while waiting for them to be sharpened and blamed it on said customer then proceeded to tell me that I better have the receipt seemed very unprofessional and unfriendly I have my own business and if one of my workers talked to a customer like that I would fire them

I entered your store on Cole Harbour Road in Dartmouth, NS and the staff greeted me within seconds. I was in a rush and kind of bad mood, but the front store staff were so friendly, I forgot that I was in a bad mood. I was just looking for a water bottle and then I noticed some underwear on sale at front cash that my son loves, so bought them both. Thank you for hiring professional, friendly staff :)

Forcing you to wear a mask or you cant go in and the doors locked when they are open. Heres to them going bankrupt and out of business. Used to spend a $1000 a year in sports equipment for my kids here. Not any more

Very disappointed, they were sharping our skates and never told us they'd be closed February 15th. Learn to inform customers about your shopping hours. I've worked retail, no stores ever closed cause of Family day". They just did this cause of Covid."
