Friendly and perfect service. I am not a customer of the Co. just a user of Kangen water. Today I found I ordered wrong filter for the machine from Vancouver in Oct 2020. It would be very expensive to return it as the shipment fee charges 13% in B.C. I tried to call the Co. to see if they could help me. Yes, She helped me to solved the problem without any fee.Thank you.
