I wont post you a picture but theTrainer is out of Shape. - Sticking point is for a gym, it doesn't show the progress and results that Crunch advertises when people sign for trainings. Her name is Sara.I am already overweighted but is it helpful to hire someone looking like Lizzo for the workouts at the Windsor Location ?At least you expect the class trainer would be in a better shape than the participants.

Cleanliness of the gym is horrendous!When I spoke with Sue (the regional manager) regarding my concerns, I was advised broken equipment was out of her control".Tanning bulbs are replaced yearly. She felt that dust accumulating on the cage over the bulbs

I joined the gym about 5 months ago, most of my family attends the gym and I have been working with Telisse. She is the best for helping with my goals and with training. Kind, considerate, knows my limits and encouraging me to push.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Great gym with a lot of equipment. Love the clean change rooms. Separate women’s area. Attended several classes so far and have been challenged in all of them.So glad to be part of a diverse “gym” community.

I really like this gym. There is a wide variety of classes to keep it interesting and keep me motivated. The staff are very friendly. People should signup for classes online ahead of time so classes do not overfill

Great gym, but the personal tensing sessions thay happen at prime time are horrible. All of a sudden you cant use a lot of the equipment . Most gyms move this to a dedicated section. It's a shame because it's a good gym. Especially for the price. Hopefully in the future they find some where else to move these tensing sessions.

The staff at the Windsor location are very friendly and welcoming. Not intimidating at all walking in for the first time and they are very helpful. This type of supportive community is what it’s all about and provides such a great experience. Not only are the staff amazing, yet the Windsor location is much more spacious and clean compared to the Lasalle location. As well as provides way more equipment and accessories, plus has a separate section dedicated to women only. S/O to Jordan for being so kind!

I have been going to Crunch Fitness for about 7 months now. It a great gym. Their personal trainers are great. I have been working with telisse for about 6 months now she has amazing personality cheerful and bubbly. I started off with going two days out of the week. Now I'm down to one. their classes are great, and they come free with your gym membership, which is awesome. I go every Thursday night to work the room it's a very high-energy workout with cardio and core.

Love love love this place especially the zumba and hiit classes. Zumba by sue is my favorite. They always come up with so many different types of classes that you are always motivated to try them and never feel bored. Definitely the best gym.

Worst gym in Windsor.Staff are very friendly to certain members.I had multiple issues when I was a member there, any issue they want me to send an email to manger. I have never gave them any hard time but seems like the employees there always help their favorite customers.Staff members do not support newbies.end of the day its not Gold's Gym its just Crunch.I blame myself for expecting good service from them, when you play cheap rate, you get cheap service and worn-off equipment'sJoined 'Planet Fitness. Very friendly, Professional and supportive staffs. and clean equipment's.
