Upper Canada Child Care at W.J. Watson PS
My child attended 7 years ago and still comments, occasionally, about his negative experiences. There was no accountability among staff or management in this not for profit daycare. Complaints of inappropriate (and disturbing) incidents went nowhere. There were one or two professional care providers…the others should not have worked with children.
