I had an issue with a Toto part that I had bought at Cantu Bathroom and Maxwell assisted me to get the warranty claim and delivered the replacement part, as soon as it was available. We love using Cantu Bathroom and Hardware products in the homes we build and renovate. Cantu always has a great selection in bathroom and kitchen hardware. These products complete the look of the homes we build and our clients are never disappointed. 2 years ago we had the pleasure of working with Cantu to a build a booth for the Luxury Home and Design Show. The Customer Service Dept at Cantu is excellent. There was a problem with our bathroom faucet handles and Cantu came to the rescue. Max and Scott in Customer Service helped solve the problem. Max was my main contact and and his customer orientation, follow-through and communication was clear, concise and very professional. He was very responsive and on top of things and even contacted the faucet representatives to enable us to get the replacement under warranty. I think Max went above and beyond. Customer service at Cantu Bathrooms is 5/5 stars!My bathroom shower facet was not working and I called multiple plumbers throughout Vancouver to try to fix it. However, not one could help me because I couldn't find brand label. I finally found through my building engineer that Cantu Bathrooms was the original company that installed it over 5 years ago. At that point I didn't even know what I was trying to ask Cantu to help me with.As soon as Scott picked up the phone, he alleviated all my worries. He told me the brand of the faucet, the contact info for the manufacturer, what to say to the manufacturer to initiate the warranty process to obtain the parts, detailed installation instructions and questions I could sent to my plumber to help diagnose and fix the facet when I obtain the parts. Scott even followed up with me more than 2 months later asking if I fixed the faucet! My plumber did fix it :) All of this and I didn't even step into the shop!I can truly say that the customer service at Cantu Bathrooms & Hardware Ltd is the best I have ever encountered in my life! I recently went to their beautiful showroom to see if I could find some porcelain hot/cold replacement buttons. The staff person looked in the back and quickly came out with exactly what I was looking for. He didn't charge me at all because they were just extras". I'm impressed."

I want to give a hearty shout-out to Cantu, who helped me source a hard-to-find spare part for my shower, even though I didn't purchase it from them. And even better, they were able to get the manufacturer to supply it without cost! Max was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful; and when I visited their showroom, I was really impressed by the space and the amount of beautiful fixtures on display. Pay them a visit - you won't regret it!

We ordered everything for our new master bathroom from Cantu. The staff is extremely helpful, and their after-sales support has been excellent. We had a minor problem with the toilet after the 1-year warranty expired. Cantu went to bat for me with their supplier and secured a free replacement part, for which I'm very grateful.

Came here to pick up an item on order. The customer service was very good. I was in and out within 10 minutes with no hassle. The store was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful display of fixtures throughout the store.
