I've had a good experience with Mighty Riders. The bike fit was very thorough and the finished bike is great. Very happy!

Poor communication, no attention to detail and complete apathy !After putting the wrong rear derailleur on a new bike we were forced to literally beg" for it to be replaced. On the day I got the bike back home to find the electronic shifter for the derailleur didn't work. Ed assured me the bike had been tested and worked perfectly. I took the bike to another mechanic and found the cord to the shifter was disconnected. He also had to 'tune' the derailleur as it wasn't smooth. Clearly there had not been any testing of the fix before it left the shop. I guess that was our "penalty" for requesting the fix in the first place."

Mighty was the first shop I ever bought a bike at full pop. They fitted and assessed me, making sure it would do what I wanted - a titanium road bike was a big investment, so I didn't want to do it wrong. Between that and the last 7 years of service and special projects, Mighty is a great home-base for me. They have some lag at times when they are very busy, but are often ready to offer quick turn around if you're in a serious bind!

My friend has an older conversion e-bike. Ed and his team keep him going for the least amount of money possible. If a repair can wait, they tell him what can wait if he doesn't want to spend the money at that time.Ed only brings in the best quality bikes and is happy to recommend another store if he doesn't have the bike you want to try.It's just good old-fashioned quality service.

Awesome bike shop, have been taking my road bike, mtb, my wife's bike, and my kids bikes here for close to 15 years. No BS, no fancy sales, just straight up honesty, integrity, and a genuine interest in helping. I've bought bikes there and maintained 20 year old bikes. Great bike fits too! Can be slow on parts orders, but it's worth it! I literally drive across the lower mainland for the shop. Can come off gruff, but they're awesome and absolutely worth it.

I rarely write reviews, let alone bad ones, Extremely displeased with the service. This place used to be the best, many of us from the racing community had respect and spoke well of Ed, in the earlier days of his involvement , so this is hard to have to say this, . On monday, Not knowing they decided to not allow any customers in, except by appointment ( non of this info was available before i came to visit) Just needed minor help getting tires , lets just say that selling a customer a tire and a new tube, even if you install it, this is in most cases a quick job, 5 minutes at most, to put a new tire and inner tube on a bike. Ok i get it . The other road bike store in your area is either not open, order only or by appointment, ( being the only other shop with road friendly proper spares) ( still this practice i think in general is extremely unfriendly, not happily supplying spares to any cyclists in need; its your core clients and everyone needs spares and tires ..sometimes in an emergency scenario, that may be needed at that moment not later, it would be nice if you don`t lose sight of this, in all of your making yourselves unavailable, and trying to hide from view of customers, today, i saw a couple of people walk away because of this... i get it, your busy with you now selling expensive electric bikes, but please your core clients who contributed undying support and tons of money( in my case, on an ongoing basis over 25 yrs) should also be considered valuble ( .ok Ed i understand your tired ( were all tired my friend) ) But being you did not want to help at all and wanted me to do it, in fairness have the good grace of what will to let me take 5 minutes in the cool of your shop to fix it) . . Sadly, will never visit again. let alone send many other people his way( like i did in the past.) I feel so bad this shop has become such an unhelpful and frankly unfriendly place .in fairness i reached out by text first, to give Ed a chance to save grace and do the right thing and apologize, because, fair is fair , always give someone a chance to rectify said actions , no luck, it seems they do not care about whom they are rude to.

This shop has great service and a wide variety of knowledge about fixing, selling and racing bikes. Ed, Ryan and Lincoln are skilled, helpful mechanics that can always get the job done on time at a great price. This is a friendly shop that is always willing to help anyone from experienced racer to someone who is buying their first bike.

Really happy with service - good, prompt communication pre-booking and while bike was in the shop. The bike was looked at when they said it would be, and was ready to go when they said it would be. I caught Ed just as he was locking up the shop at the end of the day, and he want back in so I could get my bike.

I just became a proud owner of 10 feet of brake hose for Shimano hydraulic brakes. I paid $84 total = 8.40 per foot. Made the mistake of looking it up on Amazon afterwards. And I suddenly understood why the guy at the checkout was mumbling when he told me what I owed. I couldn't understand what he said.Maybe he had noticed that I'm a bit hard of hearing when I came in?Next, he helped" me by hitting the "OK" button on the debit terminal
