Absolutely the best service we have ever received! Trevor came out the day after I called to check out the problem with our leaking washing machine. He quickly figured out the problem and even showed me a phone video of where it was leaking. He came the very next day to fix the washer and even did a handy little hack to keep the hose from wearing out so fast. Trevor was excellent! I was having a problem with the heat settings on my dryer. It was easy to make an appointment quickly. He checked everything thoroughly and explained everything very clearly. The service charge was reasonable. He was professional and very personable. He is now my #1 appliance repair man for everything in the future. After many questionable repair services in the past, I am thrilled to finally find someone who actually knows what he’s doing! Very happy!!!

Immediate call back within a few minutes. Arranged a prompt service call at a very affordable price as advertised. Diagnosed the issue within minutes upon arrival. In this case it was the control board. Good parts source for the control board saved us money. Had to go get part quickly and oven was all fixed and tidied up 2.5 hours after first arrival. Great work!

100% recommended: I called Riverbend Appliance Repair yesterday about an issue with our fridge. While I was describing the issue to Trevor, he basically figured out exactly what model fridge we have and the cause of the issue. He was also able to come up with fix which he explained over the phone. He booked us in for the next day. He discussed some options with us and recommended the one he felt was the best option (which was actually the least expensive). Trevor was extremely professional and clearly knows his stuff. He was a pleasure to deal with, is honest about the work that needs to be done and the invoice was less than quoted. We are so pleased.
