Well Diverse Barbershop is 20 years, Ben was a real help in terms of printing options and price. I did my 10 year t shirt when they were downtown kitchener. From payment to printing timeline was efficient. The shirts turned out great! Thank guys.

I had to order 2 custom t-shirts pretty last minute - they completed my order in my time frame with great customer service and product turn out.

I had deeply sentimental custom shirt design that I needed designed, printed and delivered in a very tight window of time (from point of inquiry to delivery within 36 hours) I contacted civilian from out of province on Monday night to have this made and delivered to a location in Kitchener this Wednesday. Curt and Ben fulfilled my order within a few days- I brought in my own makeup bag and had it embroidered with a friend's name as a gift, and she loved it! It came out exactly like I pictured it, and there's no doubt in my mind that the embroidery will last as long as the bag will (no photos to maintain my friend's privacy, but trust me). I could even pre-pay with Paypal (though visa debit and credit were an option as well, to my memory) so pickup was very quick and easy. I was kept up-to-date during the entire process, and the design was run by me before the work was initiated. They even gave me patient guidance and assistance in areas where I wasn't sure what to choose. I will definitely be returning to these guys should I need anything embroidered or printed!
