Always friendly staff, one in particular with dark hair but unfortunately can't remember her name but always remembers me when I come in and always has a great attitude! have only ever had one worker not be super nice there other then that an a great place!

Their bra and underwear are very nice and they have sizes up to xl bit the prices are very expensive. $59 to $79 for 1 bra is outrageous. But they are not the only store charging that much.

I was drawn in today by the awesome sale on underwear but really just needed bras for some white shirts I got for work... Katherine was super helpful & quick with steering me to the products I needed! She was super approachable & we had a great conversation! Highly recommend this store! They go above and beyond with their customer service!

Great deal on some of the product,seasonal clearance. Disappointed was unable to get 5.00 gift certificate but was able to do so at another La Senza earlier this week.

Amazing service! The girls working are up beat and full of energy :) I wanted to buy more because of the awesome attitude they had. It’s very rare to see such good customer service these days! Head office should be proud to have these girls representing their company.
