First my reservation gets given away by the website. Then I'm stuck getting a pick up truck and trailer. Then I arrive way out in mission to pick these up and the hitch was incomplete. Then I'm told I can do an after hours drop off, but the app isn't showing my contract.People need to beable to move on time. This delay caused alot of unneeded stress and police involved in my moving situation.

Gate constantly not closing. charged over and over because they don't pay attention when you go in with visa # changes and now no power to our unit for 3 months. quick to hike prices and do service charges with their negligence.. maybe we will get a credit for having no lights for 3 months HAHAH can't wait to get out

My experience with this location was great. I went there before the move to ensure they had the truck we needed. They booked us in, and on the day of the pickup it went smoothly. They followed through with all promises and were very kind, all staff we encountered. Would use again!

I reserved a 26ft truck four weeks in advance to be at this store. Only to get there the day of and they tell me no sorry we don't carry that size of truck here." I had to go to another location on the other side of town.Not once did I get any call

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT do business with this location. My locker got BROKEN into in June. EVERYTHING was stolen, over $5000 worth of goods. The general manager Mason has YET to call me back or email me back. I have been trying to get ahold of him for 5 MONTHS with no call back. I cannot express the level of frustration I have. I have never witnessed customer service like this before. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - stay far far away.

I’m not even a client but keep getting mail for persons renting from them. So many hours of calling to get them over the last few years to stop sending bills to my house & I still get them. Now I’m on hour on hold to have the same conversation. I can’t believe they are still in business if they aren’t billing people properly.

Reserved a truck at 930 for 12 hours to move out of our house today. Show up at 950, wait online for 10 min, get to the front desk and find out they’ve give. Our truck was given to someone else….
