I was at Lime Ridge mall for another reason when a beautiful dress caught my eye. I didn’t know that Blackbird Studio moved to Lime Ridge from James Street North! The new location is bright and beautiful. The salesperson was friendly and helpful. I bought the Ricky dress which is very flattering and will be perfect for spring summer events!

The store and staff are amazing. Not only are Lynn and Kerry fabulous designers, their fashion shows are always worth attending, unique, inclusive & one if a kind! I'd suggest bookmarking their website, and signing up for their e-mail, even if it's just to be informed about their legendary factory sales.They've kept their website up and running, continuing to sell limited run designs, (get it before it's gone) and even pivoted to fashion forward masks, which are clearly in demand, as each time I check the website, I see SOLD OUT.I shop for myself personally, as well as gifts for family and friends. My sister has a dedicated Blackbird closet, and my Mother in her early 80's, has purchased a number of items.

Such lovely customer service. Even though I didn't end up buying a dress that day (since I was looking for a Summer dress in the middle of Autumn) , I will definitely return because the clothes here are gorgeous, of high-quality and fit well!

This is one of my favourite local places to shop for high quality original garments! Lyn and Kerry are wonderful local designers!This summer I needed an extra special dress for my son's small outdoor covid" wedding. The first place I thought of was Blackbird Studios and I was not disappointed! They helped me find the most Stunning dress! Even my mask was a blackbird original. I had so many wonderful compliments.I know it is difficult to get out during these pandemic times so I recommend you check out their website. They have the most wonderful limited run designs in a variety of sizes. Even my mother in her early 80's has purchased pieces from the shop.Thank you Lyn

Best shop ever!!! I own several pieces from here. The quality is second to none. Every time I wear a piece I get stopped by people asking where I got it. From t-shirts, jackets, dresses and accessories, I have never been disappointed. Plus, I get to hear Blondie on the soundtrack and the Bowie items are cool. Thanks ladies. I am a fan for life.Oh, and I ordered a shrug at 9:30 this morning and was able to pick it up at 11 am.Cheers to you.Cinda

In lime ridge second floor by the bay. Great service. Fun vintage clothing, Hamilton made. I've bought a few things here over the years and they last well, made well and I get so many compliments. Most recently I bought the coolest purse ever and mentioned that Cinderella was my childhood favorite, they're going to see if they can get more. So cool.

Sizing that is inclusive and locally made / sourced with attention to quality and details that are unique, edgy and fun. Our hostess Tasha was attentive and supportive - taking time to listen and offer suggestions. Unique, cool, edgy! Beautifully crafted dresses, skirts etc. When I wear their designs, I am flooded with compliments! They use the most interesting fabrics - gorgeous, great fit!! Love that you have a broad range of sizes too!

I have a few of my favourite pieces from Blackbird Studios. So happy they opened a location in Limeridge Mall. Every time I have gone there to shop I have been greeted and helped and happy that the staff takes the time to help find you a perfect outfit no matter the occasion. They also offer hemming and altering.
