Doris is a kind and gentle woman who's Yoga and QiGong practice is located in a relaxed country setting. She has taught for many years and continues to educate herself in order to help others. She takes the time to understand the specific needs of individuals in her classes and tailors the sessions accordingly. It is always easy to follow her instructions and she educates by explaining the benefits of the different poses during the class.Regular practice of Yoga an QiGong has been very helpful over the years.Although each individual's experience will vary, I certainly have benefited by learning helpful breathing techniques to calm and control the body during stressful situations, meditation skills which help to clear out the junk" and of great importance....keeping the body flexible as I age."

Dori provides a relaxing, stress free yoga experience. She has a very welcoming, calm approach and is a very caring person. She communicates clearly and demonstrates the poses effectively. The classes were adapted during covid and it was a wonderful way to stay connected with others and do some self care every week. I enjoy every session and always come away feeling good.

I have been attending Doris's Qigong now on Monday mornings for a few months. Doris is an excellennt teacher from the very first class you feel like you have been coming for years. It is very professionally run. Doris instills calm and relaxation in each session which is particularly needed during these challenging times. When we are able to work outdoors it is truly amazing to be one with nature instilling calm, connection and relaxation in an otherwise busy world. This is something that is just for me and Zen Country Wellness provides exactly what my inner self needs. Truly something to look forward to each week!

I'm so happy I decided to make time for myself by taking yoga and Qigong classes at Zen Country Wellness. I was nervous about taking that step but Dori and class members have been so welcoming and accepting. The classes are extremely enjoyable and beneficial to mind and body.
