Jae and Samantha were handling our property purchase, and they were great! Both were very quick to respond, and I got introduced to Jae by email right from the start, so I could ask questions directly to the lawyer when I needed to. More than twice I had urgent questions to Jae about my non-standard situation, and every time Jae helped well.Despite a short notice from me, my purchase was handled by Jae and Samantha very promptly and diligently - much faster than I expected.

I rarely write Google reviews but I really want to show my appreciation for Jae and Lucy who were a tremendous help for my real estate transaction. Jae and Lucy were very responsive and professional the entire time. There were some urgent issues that I needed them to help and they did not hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure that my issues were resolved. I would definitely continue to use them and would also recommend them to others.

We want to share our experience on closing our property sale. Jae and his team especially Lucy took care of us all the way to make sure we will close the deal. So grateful and feel blessed to have them. We have encountered a problem closing the sale because there is a problem on the Buyer’s mortgage application and can't commit to close the deal on our original closing date. It is very stressful situation where everything at our end has been settled. We moved out all our things and all utilities and insurance has been cut off. Jae and his team assisted us to process the extension. Jae is with us all the way and never leave us behind. Lucy and Jae made sure that we are up-to-date on everything. Even we had second extension, they are very smart to deal with the situation that benefits us more. We can't believe how smart are they to pull such a very good strategy to make sure we will close the deal. Today, 11th May 2022, so proud I have Jae as my lawyer and so grateful for Lucy's assistance that we have closed and sealed the deal. Thank you for them.
