When I could give a 0 it would the one I would give, unprofessional, rude and no respect, I rent a home and Connie Dingle had a viewing, they were 40 min late and she snapped at me when I asked if they were still coming....then she emailed that she would like to redo the pictures, in the weekend or the week after, i told her the house was a mess we are packing but feel free to take pictures, told her thursday at 6pm worked....no reply, they then emailed on sunday that because we were moving she could not have a viewing the day before ( she never called or emailed) but she will come in to take pics. I told her we are not moving , we are packing, please confirm for thursday at 6, she said i will be around 6.... I said it needs to be on the dot 6, i cant be waiting around, she confirmed, today its monday...she walks right in, i said what are you doing here? she said its today at 6, no I said its thursday, she says no today, walks right in while i told her this was not ok, under her breath she says she can come in when she wants too, and storms through my house taking pictures, I told her this is now trespassing, she ignores me, and when she is done she left. I would not deal with this woman ever. I will be contacting the rental board and my lawyer. There is no regard for privacy, she is aware we have dogs and was lucky they were not home, it would have not been safe as a stranger to just walk in.
