Central location, plenty of parking spaces. Rate was $20/day. Mostly clean but it did smell pretty bad near the payment kiosk. App was not working so had to go back to the parkade to pay at the kiosk.

I spent $20 on a 24 hour parking pass, got the QR code, and didn't even get to park there. I went there within the time I put down on the website and it was packed full. There wasn't even a place to scan the QR code, just a opened doorway that anyone can pull into. I tried emailing several times for a refund, because I didn't even get to use the pass, but no one answered.Tl;dr, DON'T waste your money here. There's a better parking garage a block or so away across from the MEC (more spacious too).

Introduced Covid commuter special" parking rates here to help folks return to the office. Their App is easy to use too - gotta like the contactless payments! App rate for commuters is only $8 now - can't be beat!The only place to park for Scotiabank Centre events too. Shortest walk possible

Had to attend a downtown meeting at 10am & was able to park in the last remaining spot available, Tried to pay at kiosk but entire transaction would not complete after card accepted.2nd attempt failed at credit card stage & continued to cycle through several more attempts without success. With an automated system, no one can answer to these kind of problems !No choice but to leave & find another parking lot entirely. Please note that my card had no problem at the second parking lot I went to. It's not good enough to just take money, do better Indigo, please !
