Terrible place. 8 months to get a replacement window, and when they finally said it was in, I drive there and it was not there. Nobody cares and nobody tried to get things moving.

I was first helped by a young guy kinda long curly hair that I think works in the warehouse , he actually took me to the shop to see the composite and the cedar and gave me his personal suggestions “ something that I value the most “ Great customer service , I forgot asking his name , but he will know I am talking about him by the picture attached … then he had to leave and I was assisted by Justin who helped me with the quotes for composite deck and cedar . They are such a great team , very knowledgeable and friendly , even when it was time for closing he still took his time . Thank you

Stopped in to pick colors for a deck I wanted. Wanted to place an order for all the supplies and pick up in a few days. Stood around In the deck area without any assistance. Finally went up to the counter and asked for help. Seemed like this was a problem. Got a few eye rolls.Was told to draw a diagram and email them what I wanted for a deck. Could not price out and buy what I wanted for whatever reason.Tried to ask questions on the different composite boards and got no answers. Person working preferred to get back to his desk then place an order.If you need appointments to do so or can't place orders same day perhaps this should be noted on the website. I'd have saved myself a trip by not coming to your store.

Better quality lumber than the big box stores. My first time buying at LBH, won’t go anywhere else from now on. Knowledge, helpful staff. Yard crew did a great job loading my wood.

Love the family atmosphere ! The staff are always willing to help! Always has what I need! My business is no longer right near them however I will gladly make the drive over from across st albert now!

The staff are friendly. Jojo, Marcelle, and Lori always say hello whenever I come in. If I am unsure where something is, I'm not just directed to the aisle, someone personally sees that I find it by coming with me.I was installing a retaining wall last year and the quality of the wood was far superior to the same products offered at the big box stores.LBH is a very welcoming business. Other hardware stores could take a page from their book in customer service.

As a contractor these guys have been a pleasure to work with, although I work in sherwood park I use them for supply and delivery of decking products. The organization is top notch, the delivery is on point and the communication is unrivalled. I really appreciate these guys making my life easier.
