You would think when the store knows there's an issue with the lock on the public washroom door, that they would post a notice or FIX it, instead of leaving it for people to walk in on each other!

I have been getting my gas from this station for many years. Other then the pumps being slow at times, there's been no real issue until now. On the 15th of October I went to fill my Ram 1500, short bed truck, with a 98 litre capacity. The low gas light was not on, and I had just less than 1/4 tank.The first issue was the speed. It was pumping regular gas, pump #3, at a ridiculously slow speed. I shifted my hand numerous times due to the extraordinary time taking to fill.. Then I noticed the price, and litres going higher than ever before. When finished, I had 99.507 litres, and a $95.13 bill. Of course, how is this possible, when I wasn't empty, and the truck only holds 98 litres?I checked with the Government of Canada to see what I should do. The message - go to the dealer first. So I called the next day - 16th, and asked for the manager. Although difficulty understanding him, was told she wasn't there. Told him the situation, and was told the owner would get back to me. 15 minutes later the same employee called me back, said no one else complained about this pump, and they all had just recently been checked. I asked if that was it - nothing else??, and was told to have a nice day!So my complaint has gone to the Government of Canada. I'm sure they will get right on this case!I will find a new place to purchase my gas.

I don’t understand why people ask for Air Mile cards if employees steal points from customers. In the evening I refueled, more than 30 liters of 91 gasoline and showed my card when the employee punched my card and later intercepted his bonuses. 1 ball will no longer be my foot at this gas station.
