The staff here is great! knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Much better service than that at the postal outlet at the Comox mall Rexall.

In and out in 60 seconds sending a package. Plus there's a cool Mailbox Graveyard out back near the parking for customers only :)

I just wanted to give a shout out to the gentleman that helped me today. Very professional and helpful. I needed an extra bit of assistance and he was extremely accommodating. When dealing with the public this is often a difficult task. Thank you.

It’s no wonder that Canada Post is dying a slow death.On the way to the Post Office in Comox, B.C. I walked past a private-sector business. The time was 8:50 while the business was to open at 9:00. I peered through the window to see what type of business it was, and the receptionist opened the door to say hello, in case I was a potential customer. This was a customer-first attitude.Then I went to the Post Office. It was 9:05 by that time, but the door was locked. I knocked on the door, and the employee inside called out saying “I’m not ready!?” I said “”but it’s past 9:00” and he said “I see that but I’m not ready.” He did not say something like “I’ll be with you in a moment, sorry for the delay.” He simply informed me that I would just have to wait until he was ready.This was an employee-first customer-second attitude, and it helps explain why Canada Post now has to mount campaigns to beg customers to return.
