I have run a small landscaping business in town for a few years now and have always dealt with Haney Builders with no problems. Very friendly and helpful staff as well as a well arranged yard and store. Going there to get materials during a work day sometimes feels more like a break rather than an added stress of the day thanks to the staff and easy to find products

Prices aren't too bad on some things little high on other things but selection was amazing and so was the help. felt like a new person every time I turned a corner. so good in my booksAlso I forgot to mention the first time going there the entrance is not where you think it is. I'm not going to spoil it by telling you but I'm positive I'm not the only one that goes to the wrong door

Most of the time it's pretty good. But having a lady answer the phone on the weekends that clearly has no idea what she's talking about is a terrible idea. I'm trying to build an order for a large pour, and she's telling me they do not, and have never sold crown 43 form ply, then hung up on me. It would be better if new or inexperienced staff just didn't answer the phones.

Walking in the front entrance I noticed single bamboo garden stakes that had blocked access. I asked a young kid for 4 stakes. He must have been the owner's son because he really didn't want to move stuff to help me out. I can walk to Haney Builders but I would rather drive to Rona from now on.
