Fishy and incapable. I took my truck in to get a flat tire fixed on Sunday morning. They said we can't do it before the end of day. Understandable. So I left it and went there at 4:30 PM. At 5 PM, I checked in at the counter and asked Hey how is the work going. The guy at the counter went to the garage and told me they found the problem, They are patching it right now. At 5:20 PM, they said, sorry they could not start working on your truck. I was like - you just said they are patching it. He said sorry I heard the mechanic say that, but he did not start. I smelt something fishy. Next morning I got the car. It was flat again within a few kilometers. I took it back on Tuesday and they say we cannot do anything till Wednesday even if it is our mistake. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager". then I told him about the fishy story on Sunday evening. And all he said was - "Like I said we cannot do it before Wednesday". Looks like it is a known trick they do on customers. I just hope they fix my truck one last time never to return here again."

Terrible customer service. Will make up lies, claiming item was used to refuse your return if item was not purchased specifically in their store. Funny how Chateauguay accepted the return in minutes. Making elderly people run around for absolutely no good reason. Disappointed in how this store is run.

You get different answers from people working here, I liked a stroller and I decided to buy it but there was a lot of damages on the box! The floor associate told us to buy it and in case the item is damaged you can return within 90 days, when we moved to the cashier to pay for it, she told us that even if the item is damaged you will not be able to return it “which is not fair” as this was the last item in the stock! So after waiting in the line we decided to not take the risk and we left without buying the stroller. That’s why I don’t like buying things from Canadian tire and prefer Walmart and Costco all the time.

I asked for break service on my car. I was told to come back in the morning for first come first serve. They offered the guy behind me an appointment. They spent a lot of time with the two me ahead of me but seemed to want to just get rid of me.

Got yelled at for bringing in an empty propane tank( wanted to refill it). Was told to bring it back to my car. Then come back and go to customer service. After waiting there they told me to go to the regular cashier line. Waited in line for 10 minutes and then at the cash the lady had no idea and called 5 people. After waiting, she said they have no one to refill it today. Everyone who works there is 70 years old and hates their life and anyone who enters the store

Found everything I needed. The inventory check from the App is 99% accurate. If I need help with something, the staff is always really friendly and you never feel like you're bothering them. I'm not a fan of their automotive. Complete 180° in terms of being helpful or friendly. I still give this branch 5* because of the service I get in store.

Dont be fooled by this guy. He will tell you you are not applying for a credit card just a points/discount of 9% and that he will not be on your credit but this is not true. Especially elderly ones. Be careful.

Customer service guy was amazing, I wish I asked for his name, he was so interact & helpful, great customer service.
