The absolute worst place to try to buy anything is from this place more expensive. The customer service is absolute s*** they don't help you out. They send you away and they discriminate against a person because there is a school that is very close. If you look too young don't even bother trying because they'll probably turn you away. Every time we go to this place we have problems and we even have an account set up here that we've been buying weed from for years. Shut it down. If I could give zero stars I would they don't even deserve one.

Prices are not in line with the rest of the industry to an insane degree. Nice looking place, staff seem friendly but the product is not good value.I'd suggest looking at your competitor's pricing to understand what a reasonable markup is.EDIT; experience wasn't BAD, staff seemed awesome - the pricing is just out of line by a good 10-30% depending on the product. Ended up going to a competitor and saved myself $15 on a comparable strainEdit: things change. Better experience and pricing now!

Note: the staff and product are great. I am disappointed by the city and owner. For no wheelchair ramp. I have submitted 3 now, 311 complaints. Why is this so important now, did ya see the guy in the chair almost fall over the edge in his chair. Myself, I put my walker aside, and two of us struggled to get him back on to ground level.Come on it's 2023, fix it.

I would give more stars if I could. Absolutely amazing customer service, or maybe not customer service, but just an extremely welcoming atmosphere from the people working, just genuinely great people.Some places will just answer your question the fastest way possible without any context, this place is the exact opposite. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to not just answer, but have a conversation and make sure they answered my questions. Sophia and Cassandra were working while I was there and they are awesome. They were so understanding and helpful. Thank you for your time and help!

Called ahead to make sure the product I was looking for was in stock. Yes we have that". Drove around the block (impossible parking) four times to get a spot and guess what? They DID NOT have the product I asked for. Please train your staff so there is no inconvenience for the clients. Not that location again ever."
