NewLife Fertility Centre

I started to go this clinic October 2020 the Burlington location was my favorite location to go to the staff is amazing starting from the front desk Laura so genuine so personable just very nice over all she tried her best to book my appointments can’t say nicer things about her. Lab tech Alma was amazing I have deep veins and she was always so nice and tried her best not to hurt me. Shenaz did my ultrasounds she was just so sweet and kind. I just want to say thank you to the Burlington staff.

BEWARE!!! They have a Hamilton location on Main St. yet don’t seem to have a Google listing for it. Most likely to avoid bad reviews because they took over the location from another BRUTAL fertility clinic. Same bad Doctor still on the door. The Hamilton location has failed to provide my wife with her records. We need them because we, like most, moved on from this terrible place and our new clinic wants her records. It’s been weeks attempting to get the records and my wife had to go in person to finally collecting them and they were missing 6 months of treatment records. They are extremely unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone dealing with this place. Places like New Life shouldn’t be in the Canadian Health Care system.

I was thankful for every moment at the Burlington newlife clinic. Everyone from receptionist to nurse who took my blood were amazing. Dr.Henning seems to be just as excited as my fiancè and I that we're pregnant now.My reasoning for giving 4 stars instead of 5, is if you're going to go. Make sure to advocate for yourself. I was told if I didn't have a period by June 2nd we would test for pregnancy but before then I'd do a progesterone test. I went for my bloodwork and the nurse told me I'd hear about results later. I was confused because I knew I wasn't supposed to but figured she knew better. That day I received a called telling me I wasn't pregnant, obviously I was devastated. Well I didn't get a period and called back, they said we could do a blood pregnancy test. They tested for progesterone. So my 2 test got completely mixed up and it was very mentally draining. I did obviously end up getting the correct tests done and my results but it was a tough couple weeks.

Please do the research when you decide to go to this fertility centre, the just push you for all exams but the doctor never follow up with your exam results. Also, my husband did blood exam in early 2022 at Burlington location, as today we received a call to ask for his health card info again for the blood exam! He definitely provided the card info when we were there for exam! I told the reception we already provided it, why need to provide again as we’re not going to newlife anymore? The reception didn’t apologize at all for their mistake didn’t record client’s profile properly and keep saying his health card info is not in their system, I was angry about her attitude and not feel comfort to provide the health card info over the phone, she said if we refuse to provide the health card information then they will send us the bill.!? Excuse me? Why should we provide the information you suppose already had since a year ago?! And accept your ridiculous attitude! All the experiences at newlife fertility were horrible ! Except the Mississauga location.!

Love the receptionist and lab tech at the Burlington centre. Knows everyone’s name, is always so welcoming and helpful. It’s never busy and I’m always in and out within 15 minutes.

Honestly, I have been in this fertility journey for over 8 years 3 clinics later and I can truly say I’m soooo thankful to have gone to Dr.Soliman. Yes, you may read comments and say he wasn’t nice I read these too before going to him and I was nervous. he’s honest he will tell you how it is, he didn’t make it seem like oh let’s try this and that knowing it wouldn’t work like some other clinics I went to where it was all about money. For this I’m so grateful he didn’t give me hope for no reason he gave me hope based on my situation, his honesty helped me get to our decision. Now for his team, oh my goodness Nataly from Burlington we need more people like you in this field. You don’t even know what your comments do to people, you’re an amazing person!!! Sorry I don’t know their names but the ultrasound tech and lab technician also at Burlington are sooo sweet they cheer you on like you’re their own family member and maybe after so many visits you become family. No matter what the outcome in this journey is for our family thank you for making this experience less painful and more joyful.Bruna and Sergio Pinto

Burlington clinic. Staff are very friendly and compassionate! Front desk receptionist always welcomes you in with a smile and helpful in providing assistance. Dr. Henning is amazing. He listens and provides you with informative facts. Does an excellent job explaining. They let you make your choices and not pushy. As always, do your own research and prepare yourself to prior to attending and during appointments.

DON'T GO to New life Fertility! They left a voice message discussing my exam results and didn't give any directions about the next steps. Couldn't be more impersonal? Also the consultation with the doctor was a 5 minute talk over the phone. Don't waste your time and money.

I can’t say enough good about the staff at the Burlington location. Their experience and knowledge is second to none. They have an amazing ability to calm nerves while maintaining a professional and supportive approach. Always on time, great communication, and very caring. Laura, Alma, and Shanaz are top notch!!! Dr. Henning has made an experience that could be quite stressful, very easy to understand and navigate. His beside manor is amazingly kind, calm, and reassuring. I can never thank these folks enough for their kindness.

Please do your research and read reviews before committing to this clinic. While the staff generally seem pleasant, this clinic seems far too busy to give their patients the time of day. I had my second embryo transfer last week, and almost every step of the way there was an issue.1. Upon arrival I was informed that despite a conversation with my physician prior, the “add-ons” we had elected to move forward with were not mentioned in my protocol. At this point, it was too late for one of them, as the prep takes 4 hours so we needed to move ahead without it which was very disappointing as this was going to be our last transfer for a while and we had hoped to try everything we could.2. After the discussion about the add-ons not being documented I went downstairs for my transfer to be informed that I had not sent in my consent form. I HAD sent it in the week prior, and had an email response from the clinic saying it would be added to my file…3. I then learned that the incorrect number of embryos had been thawed for my procedure. As they had not saved my consent form, they were “unaware” we were transfering two embryos despite having this conversation several times with my physician.4. While they did “accommodate” the HCG wash add-on, I was told it would be completed and then I would “need to wait 20 minutes or so” until they completed the transfer as this is the HCG wash protocol. MAYBE 5 minutes after administering this, they took me in and my transfer was done immediately after. When I asked them about this, the nurse said “meh 5 minutes, 20 minutes, it doesn’t matter.”Needless to say, what was supposed to be an exciting day for my partner and I, ended up being nothing but stressful and anger inducing. This is not the first time I have felt this way while being a patient at NewLife. Again, I encourage you to do your research before paying for or starting your IVF process anywhere.**the last thing I want to mention, in the event this is seen by NewLife…please stop promoting your discounted IVF packages as “mother’s day specials” in the spring time. You’re targeting a group of individuals who would give anything to become pregnant or start a family and this type of marketing is highly insensitive.
