center with numerous entrances and exits. a huge selection of products for any budget, it seems to me that you can find everything here. well, or almost everything, our requests were satisfied. a lot of goods at reasonable prices, the quality of the goods is good. many places for .snack. children's recreation areas. for the convenience of searching for goods, there are touch maps, scoreboards. now there are festive New Year zones. .

Great selection of shoes and clothes. I struggle with service quality at this location because it is very difficult to find a staff member to assist you...and usually staff members will redirect you to a ghost employee.

No help to be found in the cosmetics area again. The MAC counter was empty and forlorn. I was frankly shocked by how dirty it looked and how little stock was available. No staff to ask as usual. I wonder how long this location will bother having these cosmetics counters when there is so little to buy and no one to sell it to you. Staff at another counter seemed to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than offer help. Nothing like making eye contact with someone and they then ignore you. Retailers wonder why we shop online.

A great selection of everything you need. Exclusive clothing lines that you can't get at other stores. Great customer service and friendly, helpful staff. One star off for the jewelery counter which is difficult at times to get assistance at and at one point was downright accusatory during a routine return.I suspect they had a previous experience of someone trying to make a false return, but to be accusatory based on ageism (most likely, they didn't seem racist), was just plain wrong.

The online service is so bad once the market place was joined. I purchase a product and I am still waiting for more than a month. I tried to contact them with no benefit. They refuse to refund my money and each time I contact them they ask me to wait another 2 days. I feel I am robbed and scammed. It was a bad experience and never happen to me with online bay shopping before. I will never use this site anymore.

A normal Hudson's store. Large well laid out although extremely overpriced.Lots of parking and options within the store. They offer high end products as well as lower end products as well.Worth a look but hard to find deals here.

I have been shopping here for years. Their selection of clothing is reasonable. I have always been able to find what I needed. However, there is room for improvement.1: Their check-out counters are very few. At times, it takes longer to pay for the product and get out of the store in comparison to the browsing stage!2: Their beauty department people can be a bit more inclusive, welcoming, and helpful. Years ago, there was an older lady in Estee Lauder counter that became perplexed how my skin tone was very dark when I asked her to help me shade-match a foundation! I definitely ended up finding a more helpful person at shoppers for the same product. However, I have had lovely experiences in men cologne and Mac departments.3: Their signing of on-sale items are not very reliable. In many occasions, I grabbed something under the impression that the products were on sale, however, they were not. This happens more around Bay Days periods.
