Nice clean clinic. Our child’s doctor moved and we were assigned a new doctor who is very nice. Nearly impossible to speak to someone on the phone, even if you’re calling about running late for an appointment. Everything is done by email. You can’t ask the doctor any questions at all without making an appointment to do so. Recently learned they are charging $30 a month for care.

Nice and clean clinic, I love the place, my son had an appointment at 3 and the clinic was very calm. To get an appointment was kind of frustrating, I call and they said the therapist will call me back in a week and I waited 2 I call back and they apologized because the therapist never got my message. Anyway Megan Silverhead is amazing, she is good listener, she explained my sons a few techniques.

Impossible to call for an appointment. Either fire the receptionists or train them on how to answer the phone. Maybe get new management that actually cares about children and the parents. Might as well go to a random walk in clinic and potentially wait for hours. Great doctor though. Too bad it's impossible to call for an appointment.

Amazing amazing clinic. Can’t say enough about this place. They are efficient, on time, and extremely friendly! The check in process is fast with no waiting time. Dr. Valerie Ho is absolutely amazing, we drive an hour just to see her and the beautiful clinic is an added bonus! Highly recommend the doctors and clinic!

We started going to Kindercare Leaside once we had our first born. It’s been one year of check ups for our infant and our Doctor, Dr. Ho, is truly so so wonderful. Dr. Ho is calm, caring, intelligent but what both my husband and I love about her (besides the wonderful care if she provides to our daughter) is how she makes us feel at ease. As newer parents we often have lots of questions and Dr.Ho does such a great job of reassuring our parenting and how to not sweat the small stuff. Parents and babies are all a little different! Besides our admiration for our Dr, the office itself is beautiful, clean, well organized. We never dread going. 5 stars across the board!!

Terrible management. I signed my family up for the flu shot clinic. We arrived at our appointment time and there were 35 people waiting ahead of us for their scheduled appointments. All crammed into a single reception area. We waited for 40 minutes and eventually estimated that it would have taken a total of 60 minutes to get to us, so we left.By the time I left the line had grown to around 70 or 80... it looped around the entire circumference of the lobby and to the door.It is unprofessional and negligent to schedule that many people and clearly have no sense of how many shots you can actually administer. With that many people queued up, it was clear they failed in a big way.They not only wasted a whole bunch of peoples' afternoon but also brought a horde of families together in a closed room to share their kids' infections with one another and possibly covid too... Way to do your part to keep the neighborhood safe and healthy Kindercare!

I always had great experience with the staff and all doctors here. My daughter was cared for my amazing family doctor but when she moved I decided to moved my daughter to a pediatrician and I'm glad she is not under dr Rosenthal's care. She was always professional, empathetic and kind. We also received care from other doctors on after hours clinic and virtual care and I have no complaints.Front desk is friendly and competent. They do not answer phone calls but the email communication is super fast, reliable and efficient. I highly recommend the clinic.

Great clinic of doctors, nurses and office staff. They are quick to respond to emails and voicemails. Dr. Mehta is fantastic as well as all the doctors we have seen at Kindercare.
