Such a lovely atmosphere with many model boats and the best friendliest service. My grilled cheese do air sandwich on sourdough bread was perfect and the malt vinegar for my fries hit the spot. The roast beef sandwich lunch and the roast Turkey (made from REAL Turkey not Turkey roll) sandwich lunch were equally delicious. I would go back again!

Very friendly and courteous staff, along with a nice atmosphere and excellent food. I ate all my meals here while staying at Hotel North. The Seafood chowder was very good (I had it 3-4 times during my stay. Couldn’t get enough). Will definitely be back next time I’m in Goose Bay.

This is turkey dinner “with gravy.” I’m sure breakfast is nice and tasty, but dinner left a little something to be desired unfortunately. I don’t want to be mean because I’m pretty sure they had good intentions and tried. But don’t expect great food. I believe it was reheated as the turnip and potatoes were cold but the gravy was hot. I appreciated the wait staff though. She was super friendly and kind.

Had breakfast here with our family, and the food was very bad. I ordered eggs benedict, and the hollondaise sauce was anything but. As far as I could tell, it was melted butter thockened with cornstarch or something. It was a clear, yellow, greasy gel. My wife had the breakfast skillet that promised spicy chorizo sausage" and "shredded potato hash." The sausage was just a bland store bought breakfast sausage and the hasbrowns were just the tiny square bagged frozen ones. The entire dish was dry

Fish and chips was lovely, thin on the batter, thick on the cod, hand cut chips were perfect, portions a tad small and price high-ish by canadian standards, although it appears everything is somewhat more expensive in labrador. Service was very good Food-wise and service-wise, nothing to complain about.

our waitress was great. the food was terrible. cold fries, the burger appeared to have been cooked several days ago, reheated and put on a burnt bun. the gravy was skimmed over it was so cold. would give zero stars except the waitress was amazing40 bucks wasted
