Good place to do laundry. Nice staff

Dropped off laundry for a wash/dry/fold service. Included in the load was general laundry and one fleece blanket which was visible at time of drop off.The worker who was present at drop off was pleasant and weighed the total load and provided a quote for the service which was agreed to prior to leaving the laundry.On pickup there was another worker present who provided the bill. There was an additional $30 charge that was not described on drop off because there was a blanket present. When it was described that this was poor business practice and the original weighed price should be honoured the worker became defensive and blamed the other worker for being new. She did call the manager who was unwilling to adjust the price either.It is unfortunate that a company who previously was a staple in the community has decided to no longer stand behind their customer service and would rather pin blame on an individual employee instead of standing as a team.I will avoid this establishment going forward and will not recommend them to anyone in need of laundry services.

Dropped off a large load of heavy items (blankets, comforters, etc) along with miscellaneous regular laundry here. Friendly staff, good service, and just over 5 hours from drop off to pick up of washed, folded and sorted items. Very happy with the results!

Friendly staff and accommodating with my little running around. Helped with an issue I had with my dryer and got me into a new one. Only down side is that a lot of the equipment was out of service.

My partner and I recently did our laundry here, it was so clean and reasonable. It's probably my new favourite place to do laundry in Victoria! The lady that was helping us was so nice and accommodating. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a review on account of it being an outstanding laundromat.

Planned to get delivery services done, however when I showed up they claimed they could no longer do it for me as “James bay is awkward to find parking in”. It was a little disappointing as they did not even inquire to our actual address before turning us down. They were also pretty dismissive. Was excited to use their services as I have heard good things, but just ended up disappointed. Would not recommend.Why recommend delivery services if you don’t want to provide them??

I dropped off several large bags of clothes and jackets to be sorted, cleaned and folded. The sweet lady working there (Jen) did a fantastic job. It was a great service at a great price.

Absolutely ridiculous. The blonde girl with the curly hair was odd her rocker and acting like she had been up for days. They charge 3.50 a load then accuse you of being in the wrong when the clothes don’t get dry. She gave me 1.50 back of the 5$ The machine ate. Avoid this place at all costs. Too expensive.

I had taken my suit in to have it dry cleaned only to find out that it had burn marks through the back of my suit pants. I didn't realize it till three days later when I went to put on my suit for an event and noticed several holes burned through the back of the pants. I went in to see if there was anything they can do about my damaged suit but the woman working the counter said they have a 24hr policy on any damaged clothing. I definitely will not be going back any time soon. If you are looking to dry clean any fine garments I recommend taking them to a more reputable dry cleaner.

My husband accidentally left a load of clothes in a washing machine. We called to see if they had it. Super grumpy lady said we’d have to come look through the” ugly bag” of left behinds. Happy to do this if it meant we might get our clothes back, We went to the laundromat. The lady working was super rude and obviously put out that we wanted to look through the left behinds because they are “being donated”. This was not long after the laundry was left behind- a matter of two weeks max. My husband insisted. We found some items but of course my daughters pricey leggings were missing. It would be great if a whole load of laundry, accidentally left behind could have been bagged and kept for pick up. It would have been even better if the staff was at least friendly, never mind helpful. My suggestion would be to avoid this place. There are better options not too far away.
