This company is a disaster, I started the process Sept 4 was passed from Howard to Jason after 3 weeks of trying to contact Howard. The installer showed up 12 dec It's Dec 14 still not complete 8000$ down plus 3300 when complete. Not the installers fault, they cut the panels too short , told me it was an honest mistake after i gave them t dimensions twice... Do not, I say again do not deal with this company if you have a short fuze. Lucky im keeping it professional. The one star is for the installer, he is a nice guy working for monkeys.

They run their business with high-school bully mentality. Workplace gossip and harassment, immature behavior by management. With such a loose and low code of conduct in the workplace how serious or reliable" can their commitment to quality customer service really be?"

Very dissapointed with the service and quality of the product. Our garage door in new home broke 3 times in just 1 year. Despite they came and fixed it 2 times, now accident #3 and the service is aweful. The guy who came in to check what happened was extremely rude. He tried to blame me that I did something wrong, but the only thing I do with this door is press button on remote to open and close! It is obvious, that if it is a 3rd time now, something is wrong with it. Now my car sits in the garage and I'm not able to operate it, and they told me they can only send someone in 5 days. For my objection I've been told to hire someone who can fix it faster, and then he said BYE and hanged the phone. NOT recommending this company!

Went there to get a new door spring for my single garage door i took my old one with me so they'd knew exactly what type of spring i needed, when they gave me the new spring luckly i checked to make sure it was the proper spring before leaving as i live outside of the city, the spring they gave me was the opposite wind to the one i needed ,Had to show them they gave me the wrong one to get the one i needed .And they seem to charge whatever they feel like depending on the day it cost me $103 for the one spring im pretty sure i never paid that for both the springs on my dubble garage door when i replaced them 2 years ago .

They had the parts I needed at a fair price. Quick service and the people are friendly.
