I think I called all the surveyor services available in the area and the quotes were, average, between 3.000 and 5.000. Also, it would take us at least one month to complete the job. Despite this company not doing the initial land survey for the home, they were able to track down who the original builder was, who did the initial survey, and get a copy of it for me to proceed with the sale.
