After looking at a number of tile places and not being super impressed, I went to Tile Sense and Nitin provided me with excellent service. He listened and was able to guide me to the tiles that worked for my project. He also patiently answered my questions and never put any pressure on me as I took a long time to decide on the final tiles. His service is first rate. I also went with the installation through Tile Sense - Hugh is an excellent communicator and I always felt in good hands. The crew that did the installation was terrific. In addition to a beautiful job, they were polite and very tidy - leaving my place very clean. I will be back for my other bathroom in a few years! Thank you!

Upgrading my kitchen was a daunting challenge. After replacing the countertop and new facing for my cupboards the challenge was finding the perfect backspash.I found the perfect tile at the Tilesense showroom.They were very friendly and accommodating . If you are looking for Tiles like how I was, go to TILESENSE, for great patient service. Nithin has been great with suggestions and advise. In my opinion, he has super product knowledge. Mr. Lim always happy to load up all the merchandise with a smile on his face, no matter the weight.There is really no need to visit all the fancy places when you get great service and pricing here.Local businesses such as this need all the support to keep them here for a long time.Cheers!

My experience with Nitin at TileSense Coquitlam was excellent. I have been to a number of tile stores, and was getting exhausted and frustrated, until I found excellent service with Nitin. He was very knowledgeable, explained things nobody else had told me (including designers and contractor), and clearly knows what he is talking about. Fast, efficient, follow up, and excellent service. Good selection, too. They don't have everything, but they are a discount place so I don't think that can be expected.

We just purchased some high end Italian flooring for our bathroom. Our tile supplier had sold out, and tilesense was able to source something nearly identical. Really grateful to have found them, and we're hoping to use them for future projects.

Working with TileSense has been such a positive experience. Sales associates are always knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Hugh knows his products well and understands his client's needs. The TileSense team helped us select a superior quality porcelain wood-grain tile for our lower level family room. We have been thrilled with this product and would highly recommend it as an option for active families with young children and dogs. We recently have been back to select tile for our fireplace. Nitan and Hugh were absolutely fantastic, they went the extra mile to make sure that i got everything I needed. Their products are great and my bathrooms look spectacular!. My downstairs bathroom i used a framed picket fence(which i was a little reluctant)and i can not explain to you how beautiful they look! one evening when my kitchen was being worked on and i ran out of tiles, they met me after hours to bring a box to me.. that is amazing customer service.They were patient, they had great suggestions, I would definitely recommend them.thanks Tile Sense
