Worse than 1 star, absolute garbage product

I had a pretty rotten experience there many years ago. Glad for the experience though cause it taught me what not to do and how not to treat the people who work for you.

Almost everyone hates it there but they are just scared to speak up so I just left night shift can literally listen to music with headphones but they never get caught THAT kinda always bothered me. All together this place isn’t really worth the time, major flaw in management I’m sure if you work here you know what’s up. Almost everything breaks. Pay is decent but giving someone who worked there for 4 months. A higher raise than a guy who’s almost there for a year is kinda messed up so if you think you are doing good you aren’t. Then again just find something better :)

Terrible service from the night shift supervisor. I believe her name is Vanessa. Extremely short tempered while asking questions. Seemed to be a very hostile environment, and a bad manager to work with. Not recommended.

My experience working with Tradesman Manufacturing has been fantastic! They have so much experience in HVAC between long term team members and a great working culture. They teach me so much about HVAC and we look forward to continue working together in the future.

I was a team leader for tradesman for almost 2 years. After a disgruntled employee made false accusations towards me the company did not follow proper OHS guidelines and wrongfully terminated me. After months I feel it's important to share my experience.95% of the employee's at tradesman are absolutely amazing and get really close, almost comparable to trauma bonding in abusive situations.Now the other 5% will break your spirit. The warkentins lead with fear and intimidation . The human resource manager is no different. If you dare speak up, you will be targeted. The sad thing is they almost seem proud of the reputation they carry. Would not recommend them or their products to anyone.

Peter Janzen was a very personable and informative instructor, we greatly appreciated the time he took to run us through the training course.
