We had a problem with one of the windows and when I called them, they sent technician same day. He was knowledgeable, polite and informative and fixed it right away. We also had issue with our windows that was due to our builder negligence but Tiltco sent the technician and fixed it at no cost. Thank you!

Extremely POOR customer service and communication skills. This company seldom responds to emails and is slow to fix problems with their product. We had windows installed in November and they are still not right! Mechanisms breaking off, doors sliding wrong and screens that were never delivered are just some of the problems. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere!

I’ve used Tiltco for multiple projects and I am very satisfied with the quality and customer service they have provided . They take the time to make sure they fulfilled all your needs whether is being the lead times and installation , materials and window design I have always been on time and haven’t had any issuesI highly recommend Tiltco if you’re after quality windows and still staying within your budget

We ordered a very expensive lift and slide door and some windows for a major renovation project back in March 2020. They were installed in June 2020 and immediately had issues with the door. Its been over a year of trying to get this resolved and all we get are one delay after another. Customer service is non-existent with this company. Not sure they know what the term Customer Service" even means. Would not recommend them to my clients ever again. Giving 1 star because I don't have the option to give zero."

my husband and i were really loving the lift and slide door features and the product but very reluctant to purchase from this company as they suffered from several poor ratings in the past, however, we decided to ask for references and once we were satisfied with what we saw and heard we were comfortable to proceed. we're thrilled to bits we did. they are lovely doors - Mik the installer/contractor was very thorough came for a pre site visit to let us know what was going to happen and what we needed to do to prepare for the new doors. the doors and screens were on time with their projected original date - they were installed without issue - Mik was very professional and courteous and made the transition painless - fabulous installer. We love the product so far and will plan for our next lift and slide soon. we'll be recommending them to our friends and family and i'll be recommending them to all my clients/contractor and builder friends.

Without a doubt, a 5-star experience working with the Tiltco team.The lift and slide patio doors are jaw-droppingly gorgeous and so easy to operate.My architect (blackLAB) recommended I check out Tiltco - and I’m glad they did. They’re pricing was more competitive than another company that quoted similar lift+slide doors.But pricing wasn’t the only factor in the decision. The fact that the sales rep (Nick) took the time to meet with me to show me the doors went a long way in making the decision to go with Tiltco.The responsiveness of the entire Tiltco team was appreciated as we were coordinating for delivery + installation, as they kept me up-to-date with the progress and made sure products were delivered on time.But by far, the biggest shout out goes to the installation crew. These guys worked in what was the absolute coldest day of the year in Toronto (-25C, extreme conditions) and would not rest until the job was done. I even suggested that we reschedule bc of the conditions but they were confident that they’d get it done - and they did.Overall, a great experience and an outstanding product. I definitely recommend checking out Tiltco for your next project.

I contacted the company June 2018 via email from their website. The owner emailed back with a very welcoming email. I emailed a salesman window measurements taken by another window company. I never received an email back. I called in and spoke to a second salesman who promised to email an estimate. By August I contacted the owner at his email, and he informs me that he can see why I didn't get an email from his salesman, as they don't do installations, just supply, but could give me a quote on supply, which I agreed to. I didn't receive anymore emails or quote, and upon further attempts at emailing him, I realized I was being ignored. After reading the other reviews, I can see I am not alone.

The worst customer service experience ever. It all starts and ends with the General Manager, he hasn't got a clue what customer service is about. Swearing on the phone at customers, lies, misleading information. It took from order (nov 2016, deposit) until June to receive the bulk of my windows. The month costly portion of my house construction also resulted in the greatest pain. Absolutely no customer service or honesty.....I would not recommend Tiltco to anyone regardless of circumstance. If I could leave a rating of less then 1-star I would. Stay away!!!!!!

Phenomenal company with innovative custom doors that will connect your indoor and outdoor space beautifully. We love our 16ft sliding door - you can literally open it with your pinky finger. The staff at Tiltco are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Excellent company to work with.

There are many great window companies that do great work but Tiltco is NOT one of them. If you want good quality workmanship you will better luck finding one by just flipping through an old yellopages with your eyes closed. Don't trust them. Their product is completely garbage I regret fully believing in them and now I'm stuck replacing my windows. Their customer service is the worst. They don't return calls All they want us your money then they disappear. A very upset customer.
