Hi, I just donated cloths & shoes. The address took me straight to the bin where I was able to drop in clothes inside.

Great staffing and great team members. It's home away from home.

My father was at this home for 4 and a 1/2 or 5 years and most of the time you use very well taken care of there were a few times that there was anger or yelling from the staff but that was because he just didn't understand but they could have treated him a little bit differently. For the most part though they did take care of him very well he always had his showers of the time he was clean. The biggest problem is that he lost some of his Possessions while he was there,one of them was his favorite wolf blanket that was always on his recliner. But to the staff of the village of sunderwood park you do do a very good job there it must be difficult to work with the harder patients like my dad was in the lock down sectionhe was a possible runner, he had Dementia snd Alzhiener's. He could not vocalize what he wanted but he would point and if you paid attention you would understand. I would like to say my favorite nurse that was in there was Gregory if he is still there please let him know that George Stringer's daughter thinks of him all the time because he kept me properly updated.Marilyn CoulthurstGeorge Stringer's Daughter.I am also very sorry that it took me this long to do the review. He passed November 15th 2020 and I have only just been able to start talking about him so please forget the length of time without writing this review.

We were very happy with our tour today. I think my mother in law would like living here very much. Helping to keep a dementia patient engaged is a challenge, however I think there is enough for her to do to keep her occupied if she wants to do something. The staff also seem very caring. Hopefully this can be her new home. Just as a side comment, someone posted about bathing......I would be thrilled if my mother-in-law bathed twice a week, however with a dementia patient you get what you get. It's silly to me that someone would dismiss a facility because the bathing requirement is twice a week? I'm sure if there was an accident" of some kind

Nice place to work with seniors , amazing team members and leadership team, its like another home for us, proud to work at sandalwood village.
