My rating is based exclusively on the receptionist. This has been our second referral to this pediatric clinic, and every time I have been made to feel small and like an inconvenience. I am a non-confrontational person so I say nothing, but I always hang up feeling deflated and like an idiot. I asked to be put on a cancellation list and was met with resistance. When I asked again and pushed for it I was told yup" and the conversation was over. I doubt I was put on any list. The doctors we have dealt with are fantastic

Absolutely amazing!!! Whatever my concern is they take it seriously and my pediatrician will call and speak with me and then decide if we need to come in. My daughter has multiple health issues and Dr Patrick has been with us every step of the way and i cannot Express enough how thankful we are for her.

Dr Kiefer is amazing! I have 2 covid babies who both ended up in NICU so she has been seeing them since birth. She's always so positive and reassuring and is very quick at getting back to you when you have a concern! I wouldn't take my kids to anyone else!

I was referred to this clinic by my family doctor. After a month and several follow up phone calls by me, I was finally told they weren't accepting new patients even though they tried to schedule me in when someone else cancelled their appointment. Very unprofessional.

We absolutely love Dr. Patrick but the Admin team at this office is incredibly RUDE! I just spoke with Angela and right from the moment she answered the phone she had attitude. I ended up letting her know I did not appreciate her snarkiness this office needs to hire more friendly and empathetic administrators. Im an admin in a Dental Office and I would never speak to our patients in this manner.

The receptionist- how incredibly rude. What I don’t understand is why a business wouldn’t email their customers as a reminder if they book 3 months out from their appointment. It’s 2021 … not everyone is at the disposal of answering a call. What mother on this planet has time to check their voicemails? It’s unbelievable. The doctor- absolute gem and she’s been such a great doctor. But this business needs better quality of communication and running their office.
